After falling in love with the Cabo lifestyle more than 20 years ago, Jennifer made Los Cabos her home and founded Blue Coast Cabo Rentals with a clear vision: to redefine vacation rental management through elevated hospitality standards, personalized service, and genuine local expertise.
As both a property manager and property owner herself, Jennifer understands firsthand the level of trust, care, communication, and attention homeowners expect when placing their investment in someone else’s hands. Having owned and operated her own vacation rental properties in Cabo while overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 luxury properties across Los Cabos, she brings both an owner’s perspective and hands-on operational expertise to every home the company manages.
Living between the United States and Cabo over the years has given Jennifer a unique global perspective on what international homeowners and travelers truly value. Combined with her passion for world travel and hospitality, she understands what transforms a property into a true “home away from home” — from thoughtful design and seamless communication to comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences.
With a strong background in luxury hospitality and guest experience, Jennifer built Blue Coast Cabo Rentals around one core belief: exceptional service creates lasting relationships.
